About us
Verdeaqua Rooms is, first of all, a story. Our story.
We are Rosanna and my partner Lelio. Since 2022, Giorgia and Siria have also joined our project — you might meet them at check-in, ready to welcome you with a smile.
When we first saw this house, we immediately imagined it as a place dedicated to hospitality. From that moment on, we worked with passion and determination to turn that vision into reality.
With Verdeaqua Rooms, I wanted to create a space that reflects my personal idea of hospitality, shaped over the years through experience: a place that feels authentic, carefully curated, and designed to make every guest feel at home. The greatest joy is seeing in our guests’ smiles the confirmation that this dream truly works.
Welcoming people to my hometown and helping them feel part of this little corner of the world is what makes me truly happy.
Where we are
Imagine waking up with the sea right in front of you and the gentle scent of the ocean breeze in the air — at Verdeaqua Rooms, this is your everyday experience.
We are on the Lungomare Cristoforo Colombo in Polignano a Mare, in a truly special seafront setting. All our rooms enjoy open sea views, and from two of them you can also admire the picturesque Scoglio dell’Eremita (the eremy island in this picture).
The property is set in a quiet and spacious residential area, where free street parking is easily available — a rare and much-appreciated advantage in Polignano.
Bars and restaurants are just a short walk away, and the historic center is only 500 meters from us. You can reach it with a relaxing seaside stroll or by wandering through the charming old-town streets.
